- with vehicle in service bay, Ran vehicle, not stalling at this time, vehicle did seem to had a miss at one time, scan for codes, has one code, P0452: EVAP pressure switch stuck close, checked fuel trim, found vehicle short trim at -15%, little rich, removed Purge valve hoses, can smell little to much fuel, check purge is stuck open, not stuck open, reconnected hose, ran vehicle and check fuel tank pressure, found too much in a vacuum, removed fuel cap and goes away, removed ESIM and inspected, found filled with fuel, with fuel inside of ESIM causing the switch to close, fuel in EVAP canister, possible problem with check valve in fuel tank, customer was called, found customer does top off on fuel, not recommend to top off fuel tank, possible fuel travel from breather hose to ESIM when topping off Recommend replaced EVAP canister and recommend drop tank to remove fuel sender and inspect lines inside of tank
- with vehicle in service bay, removed and replaced Purge valve,
- removed and replaced EVAP system integrity switch, aft er other repairs, ra n vehicle, no problem at this time
- LOF FULL SYN
- rotated wheel and torque to 130 ft-lbs
