    • took vehicle on test drive does have very slight vibration, brought it back lifted on rack skid plate was hanging down reattached skid plate on passenger side, inspected suspension and wheels , suspension was tight , found front tires to be close to wear bars and have cupping on the inside edge , rotated tires , took on another test drive seems to go away a little at different speeds but come back recommend customer replace tires that are worn and have all 4 tires balanced and have an alignment done also front brakes needed between 2-3 mm, rotors scored.. rears getting close at 4-5 mm air filter needed

    • took truck for test drive and did not hear any grinding noise, racked truck and performed inspection before customer requested repairs were made. The LF cv axle is not splined into the diff and is out a couple inches and could have caused damage to the differential, it's leaking and the oil has a metal color and axle seal when removed was covered in fine metal shavings.. the rear differential oil is silver in color like it's full of fine metal. front brakes are due at 3mm .the front tires are bad and a alignment is needed. the right front inner tie rod is bad.
    • found pass front inner tie rod has play, front tires are wearing weird and would rec alignment after repairs are made

    • with vehicle in service bay, scan for codes, has one code in PCM, P0420, Bank 1 cat, ran and test drove vehicle, check live O2 sensor data, Bank 1 O2 sensor has unusual read from both front and rear O2 sensor, inspected Exhaust system, found exhaust manifold leaking, broken manifold bolt Recommend start with removed broken bolt and Reseal of Exhaust manifold, retest after repair,
    • AFTER REPAIRS TOOK ON TEST DRIVE WITH COMPUTER HOOKED UP, FOUND ALL SENSOR WORKING AS DESIGNED AND NO CHECK ENGINE LIGHT AT THIS TIME. IF P0420 CODE RETURNS WILL NEED CAT AND WE LET CUSTOMER KNOW THAT LIGHT COULD TAKE COUPLE HUNDRED MILES TO RETURN IF CAT IS BAD. CUSTOMER UNDERSTOOD.
