    • drove vehicle in service bay, confirm lights and vehicle in limp mode, scan for codes, has 8 codes at this time, P2112: throttle control system unable to open, P2110: throttle control system forced limited RPM, P2101: throttle control motor performance, P2118: throttle control motor circuit performance, P0456: EVAP system small leak, P0457: EVAP system loose fuel cap, P0522: engine oil pressure sensor circuit, P0455: EVAP system Large leak, removed intake tubes and inspected throttle body and wires, found wires been chew and wires are problem, Recommend wires repair of Throttle body wire harness to start with it fix concern, if other code return more diag is needed

    • DISC ROTOR – Remove & Replace – Front,Both – [Includes: Repack Wheel Bearings (where applicable) and replace Pads (if necessary). DOES NOT include refinishing.]

    • with vehicle in service bay, smoked tested EVAP system, confirm leaking, inspected leak, found near rear of fuel tank on top, inspected lines at rear of tank, breather line been chew off, Recommend lowing fuel tank and repairs Breather line Note: Lean codes can set with this large EVAP leak,
    • with vheicle in service bay, Disconnected waser motor, check power and ground to motor with front or rear washer, motor has power and ground, washer motor not working as design Recommend washer motor. also front nozzles
    • Removed and replaced pump along with sprayers washer fluid now sprays onto the windshield
    • Removed fuel tank and repaired damaged evap hose.

    • with vehicle in service bay, recharged battery over the weekend, scan for codes, has 9 codes, P0344: camshaft position sensor intermittent, P0622: generator field control circuit/open, P2503:charging system output low, P0403: EGR control circuit/open, P0306: misfire #6, P0315: no crank sensor learned, P0399: camshaft position sensor, P0420: catalyst efficiency, P0300: engine misfire, ran vehicle, confirm vehicle stalling at time, battery light on, checked charging voltage, at 12 volts, check alternator control circuit, has voltage, has unusual reading and scan tool acting up when testing control wire when pllugged in alternator, cleared codes and rescan, EGR, CAm and alternator code return, tested Cam sensor, Cam sensor working at this time, no voltage drop from signal, unplugged alternator and let vehicle run, vehicle not stalling at this time, problem with alternator, Recommend start with alternator and re test
    • with vehicle in service bay and lifted on rack, disconnected battery, Removed: drive belt, wires, alternator, installed in reverse order with new alternator, after other repairs, ran vehicle, vehicle not charging as design, no more stalling at this
    • with vehicle in service bay and lifted on rack, removed: transmission oil pan, inspected fluid condition, fluid old, installed oil pan with new gasket and transmission filter, filled and top off fluid,

    • pulled vehicle into shop tried to roll down window a little , can hear crunching noise , pushed window down a little and it falls telling me that it is off its track , recommend replacing window regulator
    • pulled vehicle into shop a/c was not blowing cold , hooked up a/c machine , there were pressures in the system just not enough for the a/c compressor to turn on , evacuated the system pulled into a 25 min vacuum with a 5min leak check and it passed while that was happening i inspected a/c components for leaks no leaks found at this time , when evacuating system pulled out 1.3 lbs of Freon and system calls for 2.3 so it was low , added dye also to system at the same time recommend monitoring system AFTER REPAIRS TO WINDOW TOOK FOR TEST DRIVE AND SYSTEM IS STILL BLOWING COLD AT THIS TIME.
    • REMOVED DRIVER DOOR PANEL, REMOVED BROKE REG/MOTOR ASSY, INSTALLED NEW ONE IN REV ORDER, TESTED WINDOW AND IS WORKING AS DESIGNED AT THIS TIME
