    • went out to vehicle ran vehicle, confirm check engine light, scan for codes, 3 codes, P0300: engine misfire, P0302: misfire #2 cylinder, P03016: misfire on start up, found coolant low, looks to have new coil on #2 cylinder, check misfire history, #2 is misfiring, inspected spark plug, no problem with spark plug, open coolant bottle, found still has pressure when cool, pressure tested cooling system and check #2 cylinder, found slight coolant leak in cylinder, put vehicle back together and ran vehicle, block tested cooling system, fail block test, cylinder head gasket is leak, check For TSB, TSB recommend Engine, Recommend long Block,

    • with vehicle in service bay, check crime stuck on when key out and door open, confirm still on, Removed ignition cylinder and inspected key in ignition switch, found part of switch on installed correct, recorrect switch and tested, chime not on any more when key is key with door open,
    • test drove vehicle , vehicle drove how was supposed to , took back to shop scanned for codes no codes. Next monitored idle , with a/c on and not in park sits right at 900-1k rps for compensation of a/c without a/c 800-900 and in park idles right at 700-800 within spec , re test drove vehicle and find that on flat ground from a stop that the car does come up to about 8mph without pushing on gas down hill there is not alot of rolling resistance so will get up in speed hit almost 20 , vehicle is working as designed at this time
    • with vehicle in service bay, removed and replaced driver side lower door hinge, tested door, no problem at this time
    • removed and replaced high mount brake light bulb, tested brake light, working at this time,
