test drove customer vehicle for concern of brake pulsation could not get to duplicate at this time FRONT AND REAR PADS HAVE PLENTY OF PAD MATERIAL (SEE INSPECTION)
pulled vehicle into service bay for concern of lift gate no longer opening or closing on its own. tested connector on wiring harness side and found voltage to be good on wiring harness side. tested motor by reconnecting and watched square wave data when opening and closing trunk found no signal when opening or closing indicating motor is the cause of the concern.
