    • with vheicle in service bay, scan for codes, has 2 codes in PCM, P0089: Fuel pressure regulator performance, P228C: low fuel Rail pressure, ran and test drove vehicle and checked Fuel rail pressure, seem to be working at this time on test drive, did find pressure not matching desired pressure little drop at higher pressure, with vehicle in service bay, ohm tested Fuel pump regulator, tested 1.35 ohm, with in specs, inspected wires and connector, no problem with connector and wires, if problem happen at time and goes away when vehicle is restarted cam shaft not likely being problem, problem with injector pump recommend injector fuel pump
    • HIGH PRESSURE PUMP – Remove & Replace – [Includes: R&I Intake Manifold.]

    • went out to car and found coolant is leaking bad. hooked up test equipment to find source of leak, found engine valley is filling up with coolant where customer was replacing parts, will need to pull intake to see what is leaking
    • pulled intake and found valley full of coolant, cleaned coolant and pressure tested system found coolant leaking from temp sensor and thermostat housing, also found upper radiator hose not installed correctly, temp sensor was not installed all the way, will need to replace thermostat housing o-ring and gasket and re test system.
