2010 Honda Accord
Mileage80,638Service Date1/19/2026Services Performed- went out to vehicle tried to start, no crank no start, jumper vehicle, vehicle starts and runs, drove vehicle into service bay with jumper still hooked up, unhooked jump while vehicle is running, dash light started to flicker and vehicle stalled, inspected battery, date from 2022, un hooked battery and hooked jump to vehicle, ran vehicle, check charging volts, no charging volts, turn off jump, vehicle stalled, battery not causing the problem, inspected alternator, found cover in oil from an oil leak, inspected oil leak, found VVT solenoid pack leaking, Recommend alternator, battery, and VVT solnoid pack left reseal an/or replace,
- removed and replaced vvt solenoid and alternator, test drove vehicle after replacement found no check engine or leak. on test drive rear of vehicle felt bouncy.
- ALTERNATOR ASSEMBLY – Remove & Replace – V6 – [Includes: Test.]
