    Services Performed
    • went out to vehicle, jump started vehicle, vehicle started and runs, scan for codes, has 2 codes, P0452: EVAP Emission – Pressure sensor low, P0335: crankshaft position sensor – Malfunction, ran vehicle in service bay, lab scope sensor, has signal, checked Hz, found lower then specs, turn vehicle off, checked power and ground to sensor, has power and ground, unplugged sensor and checked signal wires, has 5 volts, with in specs, re hooked and let vehicle run, vehicle not stalling at this time, check fuel tank pressure data, found at -1.2 inHg, removed fuel tank cap, no change, put lttle of air pressure in fuel tank, no change, inspected fuel pressure sensor, found no problem on sensor or wires, fuel pressure sensor not working as design, pressure sensor wont cause a no start, crank sensor will cause a no start, inspected to inspect crank sensor due to being under timing cover, worn timing can cause problem, Recommend Fuel tank pressure sensor, Crank sensor and timing belt
    • with vehicle in service bay, removed: back seat, flap, cover, wires, pressure sensor, installed in reverse order with new sensor, ran and test drove vehicle, no problem at this time
    • with vehicle in service bay, drained coolant, removed: drive belt, radiator hoses, fan, pulleys, alternator, alternator, power steering pump, brackets, timing covers, crank pulley, more coverts, timing belt and pulleys, crank sensor, water pump, installed in reverse order with new water pump and timing belt, modified bracket with sit flat on engine, top off coolant, after other repairs, ran and test drove vehicle, no problem at this time,

    • replaced 2 brake bulbs and plate light bulb,
    • WIPER BLADES ALL
    • with vehicle in service bay, removed: intake tubes, throttle body, brackets, wires, covers, coils and wires, spark plug, found sign of arcing from spark plug wire, inspected wires, found hole in wires installed in reverse order with new spark plug and wires, when replacing boot 2 coils broke, replaced coils, after other repairs, ran and test drove vehicle, no problem at this time
