    • Test drove customer vehicle for customer concern of belt noise did not hear anything on test drive. With vehicle in service bay still could not hear concern of belt like noise when inspecting belt found pulleys to be wet with something sticky indicating something had been put on belt. Service adviser called and asked customer about belt and customer stated he put belt conditioner on belt. If belt squeal returns recommend replacing belt. No signs of dry rot or glazing on belt at this time.
