Charging voltage is 14.3 volts. Let vehicle run for 1 hour and shut vehicle off and attempt to start. Found voltage dropped to 9 volts when cranking. Let run for 10 minutes and perform battery test. Battery failed. Battery is original Subaru battery. Recommend replace battery. Check for parasitic draw and found vehicle has 36 mA draw which is passing according to SAE standard of less than 50 mA. INSTALLED NEW BATTERY LET SIT OVER NIGHT, STARTED IN THE MORNING WITH NO ISSUES OTHER ISSUES AT THIS TIME

Remove radiator cap and immediately has pressure after running 30 seconds. Perform block test – failed. COmbustion gases present in cooling system. Inspect oil condition. Has coolant intermix in oil. Recommend replace engine.
- WITH VEHICLE IN SERVICE BAY REMOVED ENGINE, INSTALLED CUST SUP USED ENGINE IN REV ORDER. FOUND RIGHT AXLE IS BAD, INSTALLED NEW AXLE ASSY. TORQUED MOUNTS TO SPEC, RE INSTALLED ALL HOSES AND VACUUM FILLED COOLING SYSTEM. INSTALLED NEW OIL FILTER AND OIL FOUND OIL PAN IS LEAKING ON CUST SUP ENGINE, REMOVED OIL PAN AND CLEANED, INSTALLED NEW GASKET MATERIAL, LET SIT OVER NIGHT, ADDED OIL AND FOUND NO LONGER LEAKS. HOOKED UP BATTERY AND STARTED CAR, FOUND PUSH TO START ONLY WORKS ON SECOND ATTEMPT AND YOU HAVE TO HOLD BUTTON, FOUND THAT THE HARNESS FOR THE USED ENGINE IS NOT SET UP FOR PUSH TO START, WILL NEED TO EITHER SWAP COMPLETE ENGINE HARNESS WITH ALL ELECTRONICS OR WE CAN RUN THE PUSH TO START WIRES. LET VEHICLE RUN, TOOK FOR TEST DRIVE WITH NO ISSUES, CHECKED FOR LEAKS, NONE FOUND AT THIS TIME

2011 Chevrolet Silverado
Mileage138,000Service Date10/9/2026Services Performed- Test drive vehicle and confirm customer complaint. Main power switch for cruise control comes on but cruise will not set. Scan for codes and found P0573 for brake switch circuit 1 high voltage. This code will cause the cruise control to not function. Test brake switch and intermittently brake will not illuminate when switch is pressed. Recommend replace stop lamp switch, clear code and recheck cruise control and brake light operation.
- Drivers power folding mirror motor is not strong enough to fold the mirror. Will need to be replaced. Passenger side mirror motor is completely open. Power and ground to mirror motor good. Recommend replace both power folding mirror assemblies.
- Driver side motor mount is separated and engine hops violently in the engine bay when taking off from a stop. Recommend replace and recheck.

- with vehicle in service bay and lifted on rack, adjusted rear brake shoes, found passenger side rear wont adjust, removed wheel and drum and inspected brake shoes and hard ware, found adjuster looks to been replaced, found adjuster is wrong for this vehicle, found every time the brake is press the adjuster loosen, Recommend passenger brake shoe adjuster,
- with vehicle in service bay, removed and replaced brake switch, ran and test drove vehicle, cruise control working at this time
- with vehicle in service bay and lifted on rack, Removed: front left wheel, fender lining, steering column shaft, heat shield, blocker heater cord, engine mount, installed in reverse order with new engine mount,

2021 Toyota Highlander

- Confirm customer concern. Under acceleration can hear a whine noise coming from engine area. Place vehicle on hoist and have assistant run vehicle in the air. Using stethoscope, able to isolate noise to transmission differential area. Found TSB from Toyota T-SB-0008-21 which applies to 2021 Highlanders, however the serial number on the transmission is out of the range provided in the TSB. Toyota has been known to expand serial number ranges at later dates if enough issues arise. The serial number on this transmission is newer than the ones listed in the TSB, but it still could have the same issues. Either way this issue is known to Toyota, the vehicle is out of warranty and to correct the noise the transmission will need to be replaced.

2013 Ford Explorer
Mileage185,424Service Date10/2/2026Services Performed- Confirm customer concern. Has code P0301 stored in PCM. Clear codes and test drive vehicle. Vehicle has a hard misfire under heavy load – worst when at WOT. Will need time to remove intake plenum in order to be able to swap injectors, plugs, coils, and check compression. Remove intake plenum and check compression of cylinder 1. 125 PSI. Same compression on cylinder 6. Check cylinder and piston condition with borescope – looks normal. Swap injector from cylinder 1 to cylinder 4, spark plug to cylinder 5 and coil to cylinder 6. Reassemble engine, clear codes and test drive. P0306 for cylinder 6 misfire sets. Recommend replace cylinder 6 ignition coil (The customer installed new part) REPLACED NOW CYL6 COIL, TOOK FOR TEST DRIVE MONITORING DATA, NO MORE MISFIRE AT THIS TIME.
