- test drove vehicle , got vehicle up to highway speeds , comfimed there is a very slight vibration . took back to shop inspected tires suspension components found front drivers cv axle to be leaking and have play. also found front lower control arm support bushings to have a little play. recommend start with cv axle and see if customer feels a change
- REMOVED COMPONENTS TO ACCESS THE FRONT LEFT AXLE, CONF WORN JOINT AND TORN BOOT LEAKING GREASE, INSTALLED NEW AXLE IN REV ORDER, TORQUED TO SPEC.
- REMOVED BOTH LOWER CONTROL ARMS AND REMOVED MOUNT BUSHING, CONF DRY ROTEN AND LOOSE, INSTALLED NEW BUSHINGS IN REV ORDER, INSTALLED CONTROL ARMS IN REV ORDER, TOOK FOR TEST DRIVE FOUND VIBRATION SEEMS TO BE GONE AT HWY SPEEDS BUT CAN FEEL SLIGHT SHUTTER UNDER HARD ACCELERATION, UNDER NORMAL DRIVING DO NOT FEEL ANYTHING.

- Test drove customer vehicle for customer concern of belt noise did not hear anything on test drive. With vehicle in service bay still could not hear concern of belt like noise when inspecting belt found pulleys to be wet with something sticky indicating something had been put on belt. Service adviser called and asked customer about belt and customer stated he put belt conditioner on belt. If belt squeal returns recommend replacing belt. No signs of dry rot or glazing on belt at this time.
